HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We ship all our minis wrapped in bubble wrap and carefully boxed . We send the packages via USPS First-Class Mail. We do ship internationally. Prices will be calculated at checkout based off of the weight of the order and the distance traveled.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Since we are a small shop, we are not able to accept returns or refunds. If your package arrives damaged, or is lost, please do reach out to us with any of our contact options in a timely manner and we can determine the best course of action.

WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT LEAD TIME?

Lead times will vary based on current printing queue length. We will do our best to update this section as the time changes. Our current lead time to print and ship orders is 2 weeks with another 3 to 5 business days for shipping. 

I DON'T SEE WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR. DO YOU DO SPECIAL ORDERS?

Absolutely!! We are here to bring any ideas you may have to plastic form. Whether we find a file out there that fits or work with our in house designer, we will get it made!  Please reach out to us with what you are looking for and we will do our best to find/make exactly what you are looking for.

DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS?

We do! please reach out to us before you order if you are on a tight deadline. There will be an up-charge for urgent shipping and faster shipping but we will do everything in our power to make your deadline work.

  • Jeremy

    Hey! I’m Jeremy and I am the forever DM of this here group. My job is to keep the rest of these hooligans on track and to help you find the exact miniature that fits perfectly into your collection. I have been playing TTRPG’s since 2013 but really fell into the role of DM when our current gaming group formed in the dark days of 2020.

    I have a degree in chemistry and a love for the 3D printing and TTRPG hobby so when my brother Ryan asked me to join Minis Monthly, I seized the opportunity to get access to all the cool minis I could!

    My name is Ryan Schroeder. I first got into 3D printing minis to have cool characters for the home game of DnD 5e I had been a part of since 2020. ⁣

    ⁣⁣After printing for the home game I thought it would be cool to help others bring these unique minis to their tables and help bring others stories to life. Minis have always been cool to me because of the wide variety and depth of detail on the files that are out there. Any class and race can be combined to make your wildest dreams come true, and being able to 3D print that and bring it to life is thrilling to me.

Having the ability to bring an idea to life instantly with 3D printing is truly amazing and is a great tool. I look forward to any project that may be brought our way and welcome the challenge!
