Commercial licence for Minis Monthly files.

TERMS OF MERCHANT: You are able to sell only prints of our designs. Digital file sales are strictly not allowed. You can sell prints of any of the files of ours which you have purchased through any of our channels (Kickstarter/MyMiniFactory) You must credit Minis Monthly as the designer in your listing, or include our logo and text in your images of the models. Once you end your merchant pledge you must cease sales of our miniatures and campaigns. You are of course free to keep our products for printing and playing but you cannot sell them. Failure to comply with any of the above may see the termination of your agreement as a merchant partner.

Shipping & Returns

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We ship all our minis wrapped in bubble wrap and carefully boxed . We send the packages via USPS First-Class Mail. We do ship internationally. Prices will be calculated at checkout based off of the weight of the order and the distance traveled.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Since we are a small shop, we are not able to accept returns or refunds. If your package arrives damaged, or is lost, please do reach out to us with any of our contact options in a timely manner and we can determine the best course of action.

WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT LEAD TIME?

Lead times will vary based on current printing queue length. We will do our best to update this section as the time changes. Our current lead time to print and ship orders is 2 weeks with another 3 to 5 business days for shipping. 

I DON'T SEE WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR. DO YOU DO SPECIAL ORDERS?

Absolutely!! We are here to bring any ideas you may have to plastic form. Whether we find a file out there that fits or work with our in house designer, we will get it made!  Please reach out to us with what you are looking for and we will do our best to find/make exactly what you are looking for.

DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS?

We do! please reach out to us before you order if you are on a tight deadline. There will be an up-charge for urgent shipping and faster shipping but we will do everything in our power to make your deadline work.
